Note: In this document we will use the name BEREKET CLUB to describe BEREKAT GROUP and its affiliated organizations. Acceptance of membership constitutes an agreement to comply with the following conditions and regulations and privacy policy. These conditions and regulations may be amended by BEREKET CLUB without prior written notice to or consent of the member, but in such cases, the changes made will apply upon the renewal of your BEREKET CLUB membership.

Membership

• Membership is available to qualifying individuals 18 years of age or older.
• Membership is non-transferable. BEREKET CLUB membership cards can only be used by the individuals to whom they are issued.
• Limit of one Executive Membership per business. Group membership is available for employees.
• A Canadian federal or provincial government-issued ID must be presented when applying for a BEREKET CLUB membership.
• BEREKET CLUB reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant and membership may be terminated at BEREKET CLUB's discretion without cause, as well as for reasons such as failure to comply with these conditions and regulations or abuse of membership privileges.
• Termination of the primary cardholder account for any reason will result in the termination of all other associated cardholder accounts for Business Membership.
• Personal Membership fee is CA$150, US$125 and/or EU€110 per 12-month period from the date of enrollment of the cardholder. This entitles the member to one personalized membership card (virtual or physical).
• Business Membership fee is CA$750, US$500 and/or EU€475 per 12-month period from the date of enrollment of the executive cardholder.
• All membership fees are subject to applicable taxes.

Membership Guarantee

• We will refund your membership fee in full if you are dissatisfied and all of the privileges shall be discontinued and the membership card will be null and void.

Renewing Membership

• Renewal is for a 12-month period based on the month of initial enrollment of the member.

Changes to Account and Membership
Changes to the member account information can only be made by the member.
Lost or Stolen Cards
If a membership card is lost or stolen, the cardholder must immediately notify the Membership Director or call 1-604-338 1792. In the future if a co-branded credit card is lost or stolen, the cardholder must immediately call the credit card issuer.

Purchasing Privileges, Guests, and other Rules

• No Club privileges and/or sales will be made to any person unless they have a valid membership card.
• When physical stores are available BEREKET CLUB can refuse entry to anyone at any time at its discretion. This includes members who do not display their BEREKET CLUB membership cards when requested.

Sales Tax (Business Members)

• Sales tax (GST, HST, QST or PST and/or all VAT) will be charged on all taxable transactions in accordance with all applicable laws. The member agrees, in the event of his/her failure to pay BEREKET CLUB such tax, to hold BEREKET CLUB harmless and indemnify BEREKET CLUB from any claim, loss, assessment, or expense occasioned by such non-payment.

Privacy Statement
BEREKET CLUB is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. We have and will take measures that protect the privacy of personal information held by us. Since we regularly review our policies and practices, your comments are always welcome. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.

General Policies
BEREKET CLUB is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, missing, stolen or damaged while on BEREKET CLUB premises.

• There shall be no solicitation for any purpose on BEREKET CLUB premises, nor interference with employees. Offenders will be asked to leave the premises and their membership may be revoked.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited at BEREKET CLUB.

Credit
If you choose to pay by cheque or request the extension of credit from BEREKET CLUB, you authorize BEREKET CLUB to disclose, collect and retain personal information relating to your credit history and credit status to and from credit-reporting agencies, credit bureaus and financial institutions in order to assess your creditworthiness and to process the transaction. If you choose to pay by debit or credit card, you authorize BEREKET CLUB to disclose and collect personal information to and from the debit card and/or credit card issuer in order to process the transaction.
Other
BEREKET CLUB may realize a profit or receive rebates, discounts, or other allowances in respect of contracts with suppliers of member services which BEREKET CLUB shall be entitled to retain for its own use/credit without accounting to members.
